It Music Monday!
When you woke up this morning did you feel like you were falling into a big whole full of sleep, and someone, or something was trying to pull you out of it? Oh that was just me! Well, because of this I'm soooooooo sleepy, and am in desperate need to pull it together, especially since I've got stuff to do. This is my tribute to dance tribute to Michael Jackson, and my way of trying to waking my self up! Enjoy!

Michael Is Put to Rest...

I'm in deep mourning right now. I have so much to be happy for, but I just can't seem to shake this sadness. We lost someone very dear to me. I'm going to miss seeing him terribly. I don't just love Michael because he was a great singer and dancer. True fans love him for more. Its the goodness of his heart, his giving, the kindness that he generates. You see Michael and you shiver. Everyone feels it, even the people that decide to ignore it, and talk negative about him. Its just pure jealousy, but I'm not going to go there anymore. Its a waste of energy. They don't matter. What matters is his contributions to the music world, his charities, and his children. I'm just so happy they have a wonderful supportive family that can teach them everything they will need to know, being the children of THE MOST INCREDIBLY MAN IN THE WORLD. He was more than an Entertainer. He was a Human Being, A GREAT MAN!
It was a serious event when a new Michael Jackson video premiered in my family. We were all joined together in front of the television. Some of my most happiest moments when I was younger was watching award shows and waiting for Michael to come out. Seeing the Black and White Video for the 1st time. Seeing my all time favorite Michael Jackson video, Remember the Time, for the 1st time. There are so many videos that my family watched together at the 1st airing. Watching the Moonwalker Movie over and over. I just don't understand why this happened? People want to say that fans are making to much of his death. They should not of broadcast the memorial, but the family was making a stand. They showed the media, and the haters that no matter what you say. Our son and brother and Father will get the respect he deserves. You can't stop him. He will Forever be here through us. Al Sharpton said it best there was nothing strange about him...It was strange what he had to deal with.
With that being said, I'm tired of my tears and I've given myself something to look forward to:
1. His never seen videos I know somebody is going to put out.
2. His never heard songs.
3. Teaching my 18 month old son, all about his Uncle, Michael Joseph Jackson.
4. Going to Aruba!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post pictures when I come back.
WE LOVE YOU MICHAEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael Jackson... We Love and Miss You
I will forever be in love with Michael Jackson. My family and I are taking this really hard. I'm absolutely appalled at what the media is saying about this wonderful man. I have commented on a few blogs and just wanted to share one with my followers:
...I just had to say to you out of respect, I personally am happy that you didn't believe the allegations towards Michael Jackson and that you grew up listening to Michael Jackson, but I am a lifetime Fan of Michael Jackson I love the old and the new, and feel terrible about his death. I feel like a member of my family is gone, and I really take offense of you calling him Jacko. Please respect this mans name. Its Jackson. Michael Jackson. The racist Media's favorite name for him was Wacko Jacko and I'm pretty sure that if he was reading your blog he would take offense to it as well, but respectfully I love your books and will forever be latched on to Michael Jackson.
Also I would like to post a blog by my cousin Tai Destiny who sums up everything I feel, followed by my comment:
My heart is overwhelmed by the world's way of paying tribute to Michael Jackson. Radio stations, television stations, and shows have all been dedicating their time and support to pay tribute the the King of Pop. Who has had a greater influence globally.
I may be only 16 years old and the adults may say "Girl, what you know about Michael?" You'd be surprised. Raised by a mother obsessed with the man, an uncle dedicated to his every album, interview, television appearance, and word, and surrounded by a family in love with Michael Jackson like he was one of their own.To hear that he had passed broke my family down. I had to take a moment to leave the house and escape from all the sadness. My mom nearly lost her mind, crying like i had never heard before. She talked about how it felt to see him in person and how she hated the way that half the world tried to make him seem like such a bad man. My auntie cried, and cried about how she felt so sorry for his family, kids, and mother.
My uncle pleaded to God and asked God why did he have to take this man when he was on the verge of a comeback. God works in mysterious ways.
I remembered being with my uncle and him having my little brother and I watching all his movies, videos, interviews, and listening to all his albums over and over again. Michael was a large part of my young life. Every family event or get together consisted of his albums being played constantly and my family members imitating his dance moves. Good times.
I remember my mom's thriller jacket, all her albums, button, and other Michael Jackson collectibles. I haVE the fortunate luck of being in a family that truly loved Michael Jackson and was dedicated to his loving heart and amazing talents. He WILL TRULY BE MISSED. Even by my 5 year old cousin Grace, that listened to Michael Jackson even in the womb. This man has made such a strong impact on the world. People in London, Tokyo, Africa, Australia faint and go hysterical at the site of him. Amazing.
I am so glad to the entertainment world paying their respects to Michael. It is finally time that he earned the respect that he deserved. Enough of the put-downs about him. YOU WILL TRULY BE MISSED MICHAEL, but you will live on forever and forever.

We sure will, but he will definitely live on in this family. To all those ignorant people who don't have the mind to think for themselves and not have the media think for them, go look at the charts. See who holds the records. See how many tickets were sold for his tour before 24 hours of being announced. Look at his talent. Look at his award winning videos. Look at his humanitarian awards. Look at all the charity work he has done. Look at the trial where he was found NOT GUILTY, ACQUITTED ON ALL CHARGES. Look at all the tributes, these people love him for a reason. Not cause he can dance and sing, a lot of people can do that, but cause we can feel a kind and generous heart and soul. Look at all the tears being shed by his fans, and take a minute and read the lyrics of one of his many hits, "take a look at yourself and make a change." (Man in the Mirror) Michael Jackson was not the king, he is and will forever be THE KING! Not Elvis Presley (Although we like him too), not the Beatles. MICHAEL JACKSON!!!!!!!!!! A Black Gorgeous Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone please have some respect for the dead and follow that old time quote "If you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say nothing at all!" I love you Michael, I know we'll see you again!
